Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete to avoid any delays, missed deliveries and further delivery charges.

Shipping Costs

• Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on product type, delivery location, and customer type
• Partial Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately as they become available at no additional cost (unless otherwise agreed)
• International Shipments: We supply within the South Pacific Region only; however, customers outside Australia must arrange their own courier. Any customs duties, taxes, or related charges are the customer’s responsibility

Courier Services

We work with trusted delivery partners including Australia Post (Parcel & Express), StarTrack, and TNT to ensure reliable service.

• PO Box Deliveries: Delivered via Australia Post only
• Alternative Couriers: If you have a preferred courier, please contact us at [email protected]. Additional charges may apply

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Dispatch (In-Stock Items):
  • Orders placed and paid for before 3pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, are typically dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed between 3pm–4pm will be shipped same day where possible
  • Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day
• Out of Stock Items: Orders will be shipped once stock becomes available. Estimated timeframes are displayed on our website.
• Battery Orders: Due to dangerous goods regulations, batteries are shipped via road freight only, which may result in longer delivery times.

Express & Same Day Delivery

We understand that sometimes you need your order quickly!

• Express Shipping: Available on most orders. Contact our team with your Quote or Order Number and we’ll provide a freight quote for your approval
• Same Day Delivery: May be available within Sydney and surrounding areas (subject to timing and availability). Please contact us early so we can confirm options

Please note:

• Express and same day services are subject to courier availability
• Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by the courier
• Batteries and other dangerous goods are not eligible for express shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.

You can track your delivery using the relevant courier link provided.

Missed Deliveries & Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will provide instructions via email, SMS, app notification, or a calling card.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions
• While we’re happy to assist, EMPR is not liable for missed deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days and there are no tracking updates, please contact us at [email protected].

Click & Collect / Own Courier

Click & Collect

• Orders placed Monday–Friday between 8:30am–3:30pm (AEST), in stock and paid, are typically ready within 1 hour
• You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, please wait for this before attending
• Our Sydney warehouse is open for collection until 5pm (AEST), Monday–Friday
• Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled

Own Courier / Agent

• You’re welcome to arrange your own courier or collection agent.
• We will verify details before releasing the order
• Once collected, the order is considered delivered and EMPR is not responsible for any delays, loss, or additional charges
