Shipping Policy

  • This Shipping Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of EMPR Australia Pty Ltd. You can also find further information in our Help section.


    Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete to avoid any delays, missed deliveries and further delivery charges.


    Costs


    1. Each order placed is charged a delivery fee.
    2. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the type of product purchased, your location and customer type.
    3. Where there is more than one part on the same order, unless otherwise agreed at time of ordering, the order will be partially shipped to you. This is based on what parts we have on hand at the time of shipping. This is at the cost of us and there will not be a separate delivery fee charged to you unless an additional delivery service is requested and agreed upon by us.
    4. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to international shipments within the South Pacific Region.

    Couriers


    1. EMPR offers delivery exclusively within Australia. If you are located outside Australia but within the South Pacific Region you are able to arrange your own Courier.
    2. EMPR uses reputable Couriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery to you. This includes Australia Post Parcel, Australia Post Express, and StarTrack.
    3. If you wish to use a different service to what is on offer, you are welcome to contact our team at sales@emprgroup.com.au with your request. Additional delivery fees may apply.
    4. We do offer the ability to deliver your orders to PO Boxes, but these will be shipped by Australia Post only.

    Time Frames


    1. If your order is in stock, payment is confirmed, and your order is placed before 3pm AEST on a weekday, then your order will be packaged and picked up by our Couriers that afternoon. If your order is placed between 3pm – 4pm AEST on a weekday, our team will do their best to still have your order shipped that afternoon. For any orders placed after 3pm AEST on a weekday that don’t make our Courier collection times, these will be shipped the following business day.
    2. All orders that are not in stock will ship once the part or parts are received by EMPR. Parts not in stock show an estimated time of arrival on our website.
    3. If you have ordered a battery, due to the dangerous goods guidelines, we are unable to ship your order via express, these are required to go by road which may increase the delivery time to you.
    4. All orders ship from our Sydney warehouse and delivery times will vary depending on your delivery address.
    5. The following information is provided as a guide only depending on the parts ordered and your delivery location. Please use the Track and Trace for up-to-date delivery information direct from the Courier once your order is shipped.

    Track and Trace


    1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification via email which will include your tacking number, allowing you to track the progress of your order.
    2. Where the Courier used to deliver your order was unable to complete the delivery, a card will be provided by the Courier, either via email, Australia Post App, SMS or by leaving a physical card, with instructions on how to receive your order. It is then your responsibility to arrange the pickup or re-delivery of your order from the Courier. We may be able to take reasonable action to assist in resolving missed deliveries, but we are not liable for the missed delivery.
    3. If your order is not received within 10 working days from the time you receive your Shipping Notification and the tracking provided is not updated, please contact our team at customersupport@emprgroup.com.au
    4. Your shipment can be tracked online with the related Courier, using the following links:

    Click and Collect and Own Courier/Agent


    1. If your order is placed between Monday – Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm Sydney time, your order is in stock and payment is confirmed, your order will be ready for pick up within an hour.
    2. Once your order is ready you will receive an email and/or text message advising that your order is ready to pick up. Our Warehouse is open Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm Sydney time. Please ensure that your order is picked up within 7 days from this notification otherwise your order may be cancelled and returned to stock. See our locations displayed on the map below.

      Please ensure that you wait for the notification before arriving at our warehouse. This ensures that the team is ready for you to arrive and there is no delay in handing your order to you.

    3. If you use your own Courier or Agent to pick-up the Order from us, we will make every effort to verify the details of the Courier or Agent. Once the Order has been released to the Courier or Agent it is then seen by us as delivered to you and we are not liable for its delivery or any additional charges you may incur by your Courier or Agent.
