Money Back Guarantee Policy

When it comes to maintaining your IT equipment, we realise that sometimes it can be hard to know if the part you are purchasing is the correct fit or fix.

We do help with your part selection by offering detailed information on our website or by assistance from our team. In addition to this, we will also offer you, on select parts, a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for the price of the qualifying part if you have a change of mind or the part isn’t a fit or fix for your issue.


Eligibility

To be eligible for this policy, the following conditions need to be met:

  1. You submit a Returns Request online within 30 days of your invoice date;
  2. It is a part that is included in the policy. To confirm if it is, “This part comes with a 30 day Money Back Guarantee” will show on our website and also your Order Confirmation and/or Invoice under the related part;
  3. The part is in a re-saleable condition, meaning it includes its original packaging and all additional components (cables, accessories, etc), and is the part purchased with no damage; and
  4. After being approved, you return the part to our nominated address within 14 days at your own cost.

Process

If the part you purchased is eligible for return under this policy, submit a Returns Request online within 30 days of your invoice date. Once you receive your approval, follow the instructions to return the part.


Returning the item

The part needs to be returned to our Sydney Warehouse within 14 days of receiving your Return Approval, at your own cost, ensuring you follow the instructions provided by our team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault with the item or a mistake on our part. Please also ensure the item is packaged to limit damage during transit as EMPR will not accept any liability for any damage the part sustains during transit back to us. Where possible, please re-use the satchel you received your order in and please ensure you don’t put the shipping label on the part’s box, as this will cause damage to the box.


Once Returned

Upon receipt of your return, our team will verify the part and confirm it meets the conditions of return. If everything is in order, a credit note will be issued for the price of the part, excluding any freight charged. If a refund is due, we aim to initiate the refund via your original payment method within 2 business days (Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm Sydney time), as per our Term and Conditions.


Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law.
