EMPR’s partnership with HP began in 2003, as their first Authorised Parts Partner and has been proudly servicing HP’s customers with genuine replacement parts across the South Pacific region ever since.

EMPR’s partnership with Lenovo began 2015, designing & implementing a customised parts solution to meet market demands. EMPR is also Lenovo’s only trusted, Authorised Parts Distributor in the South Pacific region.

EMPR’s journey with Toshiba began in 2002, supporting the South Pacific region as their sole parts distributor. This relationship has continued to grow with the introduction of the Dynabook brand.

EMPR forged a relationship with Lexmark in 2014 to bring to market their first online customised parts solution for their valued partners. EMPR is now proudly Lexmark’s only Authorised Parts Partner in Australia.

We offer our customers and partners a broad range of pre and post sales services, utilising our in-house team of sales and support experts, backed by Technical Account Managers, Product Managers, and Inside Sales & Support teams.


EMPR offers a broad range of payment options including flexible trading terms and credit facilities.


We pride ourselves on being fully PCI compliant and maintain our own in-house Business Management System. We also engage external financial auditors for annual reviews, in accordance with Australian and New Zealand Corporation Laws.
